Within each apartment is a full suite of features designed to take care of the most important living needs of cats in the space that is the least useful to humans.
The entire building was built around these [[Extra Benefits for Cat Lovers#Built-In_Cat_Features|features]], like a [[Bowl Basin|plumbing system]] that safely enables always-full water bowls and a [[Litter Closet|ventilation system]] that allows residents to live with multiple cats in a small space without it smelling like a litter box.
